Kelvin is EV Dance’s most versatile senior coach. After 23 years of dancing across hip hop, house, locking, popping, waacking, jazz, modern, and contemporary, he’s the coach we put in front of students who want broad street-dance literacy rather than narrow specialisation.

He’s also one of the few dance coaches in Singapore who can teach House Dance with proper foundation — and one of the most-invited House Dance instructors in the local scene.

About Kelvin

Kelvin started dancing at Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s New Revolving Age (NRA) dance club, where he first discovered Popping and was hooked. Over the years he picked up Hip Hop, Locking, Jazz, Waacking, and Soul Dance. House Dance became his deep love.

A 3-time Singapore Dance Delight (SDD) Finalist, Kelvin has been invited to teach House at SMU’s Eurhythmix and NTU MJ dance clubs. He has competed in Super24, Project Zero House Battle, World Supremacy Battlegrounds, and Singapore Dance Delight Vol. 4, 5, and 6.

Kelvin also keeps growing — he’s travelled to Japan and Taiwan for dance training, and recently completed Sigma Contemporary Dance’s Intensive Programme and Frontier Danceland’s Pulse Programme.
