EV Dance has been operating from Waterloo Centre since 2018. Our studio sits in the heart of Singapore’s arts district — five minutes from Bencoolen MRT, walking distance from Bugis MRT, and surrounded by NAFA (Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts), the School of the Arts (SOTA), and the Stamford Arts Centre.

Getting here
By MRT
- Bencoolen MRT (DT21) — 5 minute walk. Take Exit B onto Bencoolen Street, turn right onto Waterloo Street. Waterloo Centre is on your left.
- Bugis MRT (EW12 / DT14) — 10 minute walk. Take Exit C, walk along Victoria Street, turn right onto Waterloo Street.
- Rochor MRT (DT13) — 8 minute walk. Cross Selegie Road, walk down Waterloo Street.
By bus
Bus stops along Bencoolen Street and Queen Street are within 3 minutes’ walk. Buses serving the area include 7, 14, 16, 36, 77, 106, 111, 124, 162, 174, 174e, 502, 502A, 700, 857, 960, 961, and 980.
By car
Limited street parking on Waterloo Street and nearby. Most parents prefer to drop off at the building entrance. Paid parking is available at Bugis Junction, Bugis+, and Sim Lim Square.
Drop-off and pick-up
For parents bringing kids: easy drop-off zone in front of Waterloo Centre’s main entrance. Our reception is on the 3rd floor (#03-09). Lifts available.
About the studio space
Waterloo Centre #03-09 is our main teaching studio. The space includes:
- Sprung wooden floor — knee-friendly, professional dance flooring
- Full-wall mirrors — the standard dance studio mirror setup
- Pro sound system with Bluetooth + AUX inputs
- Dressing area + lockers
- Reception + waiting area for parents
- Free filtered water + WiFi
We also have a second teaching room at Waterloo Centre #04-34 (one floor up) for our larger classes and rehearsals.
